Data and purposes
We process account, order, delivery, payment-reference and support data to perform your order, secure the shop, meet legal duties and answer requests. Card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by Aloviya.

Recipients, retention and rights
Data is shared only with providers needed to operate the shop, including Medusa hosting, delivery, payment and security providers. We keep it only as long as the contract, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal obligations require. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and complain to your data-protection authority.
